1、 Technical specifications

5. Minimum weighing capacity: 20g. Small weights below 5Kg are not locked and can be used as kitchen scales;

8. Overload prompt: When the weight exceeds the rated range of 181.00kg, it will display "oL";

2、 Usage function:

1. Weighing: In the shutdown state, the upper scale is turned on, displaying the current room temperature and battery level. After the weight is locked, it flashes twice.

When the weight is less than 5Kg, it is not locked and can be used as a kitchen scale.

2. When the weight is within the range of -5Kg -0.5Kg and stabilizes, if the weight on the weighing platform exceeds 10Kg and is released, the scale can automatically zero and display 0.00Kg, allowing for continued weighing.

3. When powered on for the first time, to prevent zero chasing in the air, if the first weighing includes the weight of the weighing platform, "C" will be displayed to eliminate the weight of the weighing platform

4. When the weight is negative and exceeds 0.5Kg, it will display "---". Before shutting down, it will automatically chase zero. If it is turned on again, it can be weighed normally

5. Low voltage alarm: When the power supply voltage is below 2.4V ± 0.1V, it will display "Lo" when turned on, and automatically shut down after about 3 seconds;

6. Overload display: When the weight is greater than 181.00KG, "oL" is displayed, and the weight decreases to below 181KG and returns to normal weighing;

7. Lock and Unlock:

a. When weighing, the weight will flash twice before being locked, and the displayed data is a valid reading;

b. After weight locking, if there is an increase of more than 5kg in weight, the repeated weighing can be unlocked;

8. Automatic shutdown:

a. After the weighing is stable, turn off the machine for about 10 seconds;

b. Automatically shut down without any operation for about 10 seconds;

c. Unstable shutdown time of about 20 seconds

9. Precautions:

Please keep the scale on a level and hard surface during use, and do not operate it in sudden temperature changes. The maximum weight weighed should not exceed 150% of the rated range to avoid damaging the force measuring components;

3、 Calibration function:

① First weight calibration: Power on and start the machine. For an uncalibrated scale, after the weight returns to zero, place a weight of 100KG or more, and the LCD will display the current internal code value. Lift the weight to obtain a stable calibration zero, and it will display 50.00KG. Place a 50Kg weight, and after stabilization, it will display 100.00Kg. Place a 100Kg weight, and after stabilization, it will display 150.00Kg. Place a 150Kg weight, and after stabilization, write the calibration data. Then, display "PASS", and the weight calibration is successful.

② Secondary weight calibration: After calibration, turn on the scale and reset it to zero. Place a 100KG weight, lock it, continue to place a 50KG weight, lock it, enter the internal code, lift the weight, and stably obtain the calibration zero point. After that, display 50.00KG. The remaining steps are the same as ①

② Temperature calibration: In the startup state, press the "three short and one long" button to enter the temperature calibration. After adjusting the current room temperature by pressing the unit button and there is no operation for 2 seconds, the current room temperature is selected. After it stabilizes, store the temperature calibration data, and then display "PASS". The temperature calibration is successful and return to the weighing state.
